If the Pulgwin Tribes can be said to have a capitol it would be the Noman Heights. This is a bare and desolate plateau where the Tribes assemble for their yearly meetings. It is found at the joining of two rivers who form to become the Yew-Fra. This place has much symbolic meaning for the Pulgwin Tribes.
There are no permanent residence of this place.
